Icarus ready for casting

'Icarus I' in it's original form before casting into bronze.
The work will stand at about 4m high when finished on it's bronze plinth.
The main body is made from clay, and the wings out of plaster.
Once the work has finished being cast in bronze it will be exhibited in the OLYMPIC VILLAGE from June until September 2012.

Icarus will be on show at The Chelsea Flower Show before going to it's more permanent site. It will be showing at The Sculpture Park stand.
