This is my version
of Icarus. It will stand at about 3.5m high when finished. I have constructed the main body from clay, and the wings out of
plaster. I still have to construct the plinth for the figure to stand on.
Once the work has been cast in bronze it will
be exhibited in the OLYMPIC VILLAGE from May 2012.
